Rome, September 23, 2025 \u2013 The clinical study \u201cEfficacy of a Dietary Supplement Containing Choline, Glutathione, Selenium, Zinc, L. rhamnosus, and B. lactis on Short-term Steatosis and Liver Function: A Pilot Study,\u201d conducted by Drs. Massimo De Luca and Ciro Guerriero at the U.O.C. – AORN Cardarelli, has been published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The clinical study demonstrated a reduction in the transaminases ALT, AST, and GGT\u2014a clinically significant improvement in liver function\u2014in patients with MASLD (metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease) following 4 months of supplementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Improvements were also observed in other indicators related to hepatic steatosis, such as a reduction in CAP (Controlled Attenuation Parameter)\u2014that is, the amount of fat accumulated in the liver\u2014and an improvement in the metabolic profile, confirming the potential of EPATOril PRO\u00ae as a valuable aid in managing this condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
