Food supplement of Silybum Marianum with high titer in Silymarin and Turmeric phospholipid.

The liver is particularly exposed to the damaging action of substances of either exogenous (alcohol, drugs, virus, etc.) and endogenous origin (metabolic disorders like hemochromatosis, glycogen storage disease, etc) that can lead to rising of transaminases up to liver fibrosis and malfunction.
It is for these reasons that the maintenance of the integrity and correct functioning of the liver is necessary to safeguard the health of the individual. In Epatoril Plus there is a high dose of Milk Thistle (400 mg) titrated at 80% in Silymarin. One of the strengths of Deltha Pharma's products is the high dosage of raw materials, which is essential as the effectiveness of the product is strictly dose dependent.
Turmeric is a spice with a particular ability to counteract inflammatory processes in the body, and is even described in a paper for the American Academy of Pain Management [1] as the most powerful natural anti-inflammatory in the world. It has antiseptic and pain-relieving properties, and recent studies conducted by the University of California [2] have shown that Curcuma can block the action of an enzyme believed to be responsible for the development of certain cancers.
The turmeric in Epatoril Plus is a patented formulation of Curcuma Longa and soya lecithin called Meriva®, which guarantees a much higher overall absorption of curcuminoids than unformulated turmeric.
The synergistic action of these components in Epatoril Plus is used in all cases of disturbance of hepatic trophism, i.e. in cases of fatty liver, steatosis or steatohepatitis, NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty lever disease), ASH (alcoholic steato hepatitis) and NASH (non-alcoholic steato hepatitis).
