SHIPPING
The goods will be shipped within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment, unless stock is not available, you will be notified. Delivery by international courier is within 1 week.
PACKAGING
Deltha Pharma also tries to be ecologically careful with its packaging, using recycled and recyclable boxes.
Remember to recycle them by throwing them in the appropriate bins.
The inner packaging is made of 100% biodegradable maize pellets, which must be disposed of in the organic waste.
DELIVERY
Delivery will be made by International Courier (delivery within one week), shipment will take place within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.
Please, indicate correctly the address where to deliver the goods and possibly the email and telephone number which will only be used in case of problems with the order and delivery.
It is always advisable to give an address where someone is always available to receive the goods.
Check that parcels do not arrive wet or with squashed sides. If this happens, write ‘accepted with reservation’ on the delivery note.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can request a refund of the expense incurred, after the products have been returned, at one condition:
The product(s) must be returned undamaged and must not have been handled in such a way as to diminish its original value.
To exercise this right, you must send us written notice and pictures from all sides within 1 day of receipt of the goods to one of the following addresses. Shipping costs to return the product(s) shall be borne by the purchaser, unless the return is attributed to damage of the goods.
